WORKOUT for 5/30

1. warm-up runs 10-30min.
2. Drills and strides
3. 3-4x 800@5k pace w/400 btwn; 3-4x 400@ 5k w/200 btwn.
4. cool- down run 5-20min.
5. dynamic drills

– classic speed workout meant to boost VO2 and train you to run faster as workout progresses.
– to get the best out of this stick to current 5k pace or a bit, 5-10sec., faster or slower.
– if racing this weekend or if you just raced, you may want to alter volume or intensity a bit!
– I did not get a good sample of videos on a few of you so will do a bit more filming at this workout.

Last call for anyone at last weeks workout to get video sent to you, otherwise will delete them on Thursday.
