The Winner’s Circle Running Club’s 23rd Annual Newburyport High Street Mile will be run on August 4, 2013. 9:15 AM start start at Atkinson Common in Newburyport, MA. Fast/flat USATF certified straight line course (USATF certification MA07009JK). Separate start times based on age division and sex. Proceeds benefit the River Rivals (Amesbury, Newburyport, Pentucket, Triton) XC and T&F programs.
All entrants are asked to bring $1 to contribute to THE ONE FUND BOSTON to aid Boston Marathon bombing victims.

Pregistration $20 for youth (0-15) and adults (16-64), $10 for age 65+. Post entry $20 for youth (0-15) and $25 for all adults (16+) including 65+. No race-day entries accepted after 9:00 AM.
Field limited to 600 (tee shirts to first 400 to register). The 2012 race sold out on race day, so pre-register to guarantee a slot.

The High Street Mile is the final race of the WCRC Speed Series 4-3-2-1. The four race series begins at the end of March at the April Fool’s 4 Mile Race, continues in May with the Run for the Roses 5k, continues in June with the Pat Polletta 2 Mile Race, and finishes in August at the High Street Mile. “It’s all about running faster.”
