The Winner’s Circle Sports Bar

The special Annual Meeting of the Winner’s Circle Running Club is held on a Saturday evening in February. This meeting replaces the normal monthly meeting which would have been held on the second Thursday of the month, and is normally, but not always, scheduled for the following Saturday. The annual meeting serves as the election night for the WCRC Board of Directors (nominations are made at the preceeding January monthly meeting), as the awards night for presenting all WCRC annual awards, and as the end of year/beginning of year WCRC party.

The 2013 WCRC Annual Meeting will be held on February 9 starting at 6:00 PM, upstairs at the Winner’s Circle. This meeting replaces the normal monthly meeting which would have been held on the following Thursday. The very important annual meeting serves as the election night for the 2013 WCRC Board of Directors (nominations are made at the January monthly meeting), as the awards night for presenting all WCRC annual awards, and as the end of year/beginning of year WCRC party. Consult “Annual Awards” in the “Membership” menu for information on the annual awards.

The voting (and party) begins at 6:00 PM. The polls close at 7:00 PM, with the annual meeting to follow.

Free pizza and other refreshments will be served. Consider bringing something extra for the party (appetizer, salad, desert, …).

12	13 Pat Polletta Pre-Registration Event May 13, 2013 4:30 pm – 11:03 am From 4:30PM to 9:00PM on Monday May 13 race director Tanya Anderson will be holding a special pre-registration event for the 35th Annual Pat Polletta 2 Mile Rail-Trail Race (the race is Friday evening June 21), hosted by Michael’s Harborside in Newburyport, MA. Tanya will be holding a special raffle for those that pre-register that night. As part of Michael's Community Sponsorship Night series, 10% of the proceeds of all food purchased between 4:30PM and 9:00PM will be donated to the race charities - Amesbury High School Track and Adaptive Sports Partners of the North Country.
